- MOBA - Singular objective (the Vats), and, if I remember correctly, you can send out attackers (don't quote me on that though )
- RTS - Managing the collection of resources and building defensively
- FPS - Obvious reasons (cause you shoot right? >.>)
Also, as addendum, I don't think vehicles will be necessary and add another level of complexity to something that will already be very hard to balance.
Also, Tribes: Ascend for vehicles in competitive play (but lets be honest, the only part is Shrike Capping)
The way you described it, it sounds a hell of a lot like savage two. Which I think A lot of people on here might want to try.
Also, fuuuuuuck shrikes. The only reason I think they arent that competitively broken is that they do very little damage, and dont disrupt much. Unless you have an asshole of a pilot.
That being said, I think the most important thing right now is this. "more control while falling"
We NEED to be able to steer, at the moment there is none, and this is 100% essential. I didnt see it being confirmed, although ill admit I didnt look too thoroughly.
